Stilleven Spirits is a micro-distillery in development located in historic downtown Jordan, Minnesota, with a still imported from the Netherlands. We appreciate your patience as we undertake the lengthy process of becoming operational, including building renovation, licensing and permitting, equipment sourcing and installation, and recipe development. We hope to make the wait well worth it. Once open, we plan to have spirits available for off-sale purchase and to enjoy on premises.
As for the spirits we plan to make, it will likely be an evolving lineup, but we hope to take inspiration from our own Dutch heritage, the German heritage of Jordan, the Czech heritage of nearby towns, and the Nordic heritage within greater Minnesota.
